Who are Trōve Atelier consultations for?
Our planning partners love working with couples at all phases of their wedding planning journey. They are here to support you on everything from budget setting, to vendor selection, to getting all of the day-of details just right. A consultation is also a great way to meet a planner before opting into a full-service planning or coordination package.
Many of our highly-experienced planners are also open to providing guidance and second opinions to other professional planners.
Can I share information with the planner before our call?
Of course! When you complete your booking you will be invited to provide a summary of what you would like to discuss. You can also include links to helpful materials, like Pinterest boards or Google Docs.
Can I share links during the call?
Absolutely! Zoom includes a chat function. Both you and the planner can use this feature to share links during the call.
Will I receive the planner’s contact info?
No. However, the planner will have your information, and will be able to email you before or after the call.
What is your policy for cancellations and rescheduling?
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled by reaching out to info@troveatelier.com. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds at this time.
What is your refund policy?
At this time we do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule a session please reach out to info@troveatelier.com.
What if a planner needs to reschedule?
As mentioned above, planners will have your contact info. On the rare occasion that they need to reschedule the planner will reach out to you directly.
What if I don’t have Zoom?
If you don’t already have the Zoom app, it can be downloaded for free here.
I am a planner. How do I join?
